The Herons was built in 1992 and acquired by MHA in 2011.

The rooms are fully furnished and each features an en suite lavatory and a call system. The individual rooms are over two floors and communal lounges are provided on each level.

Other facilities on site include a fully equipped medical room for visiting nurses and GPs, a guest room for visitors, three communal dining rooms and four bathrooms featuring hydro bath facilities. Externally, the home features a communal garden with an on-site greenhouse and ample parking.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac setting, The Herons offers good access to both Nottingham and Derby.
