The Discovery Academy

The Discovery Academy is the largest secondary academy in Stoke-on-Trent and a member of the College Academies Trust. As we begin our 3rd year in our fabulous state-of-the-art building, I am delighted to say that we are officially the second most improved school in the City with 44% of our students achieving 5A*-C grades including English and Maths at GCSE level.

This figure equals the best results achieved by the Academy and is even more satisfying as it comes at a time when the majority of secondary schools in the City (and many across the UK) are suffering from falling attainment.
