Relate North East have been giving relationship support for 75 years. We began life as Marriage Guidance but now we offer support for a varied range of relationships problems, such as work related support, same sex couples, new families and much more.

We’re specialists in relationship support for couples and single people. Our counsellors are professionally trained to offer everyone the support they need, no matter of their ethnic background, sexual orientation or religion.

Covering a large area from Sunderland to Scarbrough, our services reach over 2000 people every year and we offer telephone and Skype support for people that are unable to travel to us; giving opportunities for support that fit around you.

We understand problems can be urgent so your appointment with our counsellors is usually scheduled within a week so you can receive the support you need, when you need it.
