Options Wellbeing Trust is a well established and respected service of over 45 years standing. We provide Counselling, Training and Development Services in Southampton, Portsmouth, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes.

We have centres in central Southampton (Head Office), Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Salisbury, Banbury and central Milton Keynes.

Options Counselling

Options counselling service provides individuals aged 18 and over who need counselling support for any number of issues from life changing decisions to the smallest, seemingly insignificant aspects of everyday life which can leave someone feeling confused, depressed and unhappy.

Alcohol & Medication Awareness Training

OFFER

Mon. 16th November, 10am - 4pm. Not-for-profit offer price of £65pp inc. lunch & handouts. Suitable for anyone who works or volunteers with adults. Aim: To raise awareness of alcohol & medication use, to be able to give information, offer brief advice and refer to an appropriate agency if a person's wellbeing is being affected.
