Guild Care

Helping people at the heart of our community enjoy healthy, engaging and independent lives.

Each year, our charity supports over 3,000 local older people, carers, people with dementia, families with children with special needs and disabilities, older people with learning difficulties and encourage exercise and wellbeing for everyone over the age of 50.

We do this through our range of services which include a year round community and outreach programme, home care services, sheltered housing and residential care homes and our Ashdown services for children and young people with special needs. We also provide a range of dementia support to local people at every stage of the disease from community based respite services through to residential care. In addition, this year we will be ~

- Raising funds for our new dementia focused home and community centre
- Expanding the current respite services we offer to people with dementia and their carers
- A commitment to the National Care Forum Quality First framework providing a high quality and continually improving service throughout Guild Care
