Why should I have a Check4Life health check?
It is easy to forget that the way we live our lives has a big impact on our health. Having a free Check4Life health check will help you to identify your current health status and support you to maintain or improve your future health. The Check4Life Health Advisors are there to support you through the entire process with helpful tips and advice.
What does a Check4Life health check involve?
A Check4Life health check takes no longer than 30 minutes and includes:
- Straightforward questions about your current health, including diet, exercise and medical history
- Measurements for height, weight, blood pressure, waist circumference and cholesterol.
- A discussion about the results and how we can support you to maintain or improve your future health.
